Discover, understand, support: ADHD & Autism (ASD) screening
ADHD & AUTISM (ASD) SCREENING
Bringing clarity and support for ADHD and Autism
You might have noticed ongoing challenges in focus, organisation, emotional regulation or behaviour in yourself or your child. Without understanding why these things are happening, it can feel frustrating, confusing, lonely, and even scary - especially when others, like schools or employers, don’t see the full picture.

Screening helps bring that picture into focus. It can validate your experiences or your child’s behaviours, offer possible explanations for what has felt hard to manage. It also provides valuable information for schools, workplaces or family members so the right support can begin. Most importantly, it opens the door to strategies, tools and understanding
Screening sessions from age 5 to adult
  • ADHD screening
I offer ADHD screening using evidence-based tools to assess attention, organisation, impulsivity, and emotional regulation. This structured process helps identify whether ADHD traits may be present and provides clarity on behaviours or experiences that may have felt confusing or overwhelming.

Following the screening, we can have a discussion of the results, with practical strategies, tools and therapeutic support if needed to help manage challenges and build skills and resilience.

You will also receive a clear, written summary of the outcome, including guidance on next steps, which can be shared with schools, workplaces or family members to support informed decisions about further assessment, support or therapy.
  • Autism screening
I offer ASD screening using evidence-based tools to explore patterns in social communication, interaction and behaviour. The process helps highlight potential autistic traits and provides insight into experiences or challenges that may have felt confusing, overwhelming, or hard to understand.

After the screening, we can have a reflective discussion on the findings, offering practical strategies, resources and therapeutic guidance where appropriate to support strengths, manage difficulties and promote confidence and wellbeing.

Following the session, you will receive a personalised overview summarising the key findings and recommendations. This can guide decisions about support, adaptations, or further assessment and provides a clear reference for schools, workplaces or family members to help put practical steps into place.
Build clarity around ADHD/Autism and learn tools to manage difficulties with confidence.
